  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 liter/ 0.2 gall of water


Cut the banana ends. Pour the water in a pot of water then add the banana then bring this to a boil and let simmer for 10 minutes.

Strain the liquid into a cup then add the cinnamon, voila.
