- Take all the onion skins in a jar
- To make tea, add a few pieces to a bowl, add boiling water to them and cover it.
- Soak for 15 minutes
- Strain and drink, usually before bed.
It helps those with anemia because of the sedative properties.
It can also be added to soups and stews since it cannot be eaten.
Because of its insoluble fiber which helps with the peristaltic movement of colon, onion skin is considered to be very healthy. This fiber detoxifies the body, balances pH and prevents cancer growth.
